An innocent young man identified as Ure Boyi, was shot dead by the police around INEC office in Takum local government area in Taraba state on Wednesday.According to reports, the man was killed by a stray bullet fired by some officers to disperse a crowd that gathered at the police station to see arrested kidnappers.
